Goals:

• [ ] Ship a first working MVP end to end. That means: take images and videos, reconstruct the scene using Gaussian splats, train an imitation policy on top, and run it in simulation.
• [ ] Do a few customer interviews and figure out whether there’s real problem-solution fit for our platform.
• [ ] Write the DodoLib manifesto/mission statement so we’re aligned on what we’re building.
